Q: Sample Rule
A: A: Knitting fabric samples can be freely send to our regular customers.
B: For new clients, free samples can be sent, and you pay the postage by yourself in advance.
Q: How long for lab-dip ?
A: A: For dyeing Knitted fabric : Tell your Pantone number , and we will finish it in 2-4 days.
B: For printing knitted fabric : Once you approve the design, we should make strike-off for confirming before bulk production,it will take about 3-7 days.
Q: How to place an order ?
A: (1).Refer to our website first, then inform us by e-mail or phone call of what kind of fabrics you are interested in.
(2).We will make quotation respectively.
(3).Confirming the price , the quantity and the product specification, and then we make proforma invoice for you.
(4).Finally you pay 30% deposit in advance before starting the production.
Once the deposit is received, we will start to produce goods and ship ASAP.
Q: What kind of payment terms can be accepted?
A: Our payment terms are L/C, TT and D/P.
Q: Do you have storage fabrics?
A: Some products are ready goods , you can ask us by e-mail or by phone to make sure.
