Storage Method Of Spandex

Spandex should be kept in a constant temperature and humidity environment, the temperature is between 18-20 degrees Celsius, the lower the temperature, the storage period can be relatively longer, the relative humidity is 60%-70%, should not be placed in the sun exposure place, should not be stored with sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and other chemical products, causing its decomposition.
Storage period: 20D (3 months), 30D (4 months), 40D-70D (6 months), 100D-280D (9 months), which is larger than 420D (12 months), the larger Spandex, the longer the storage period.
Spandex opens the cardboard boxes at least 16 hours in advance from the thermostatic warehouse to the workshop when weaving, and places them in the workshop for moistening to reduce yarn breakage during weaving.
